So here we are, with our final guest announcement! And for some of you the end to the mystery of the covered face on Graham Humphreys 2019 Something Wicked poster!
It’s Sean Pertwee! He’s had roles in numerous films & TV such as Shopping (1994), followed by performances in Sci-fi thriller Event Horizon (1997), Soldier (1998), Doomsday (2008), Love, Honour and Obey (2000) and a lead role as Sergeant Harry Wells in Neil Marshall’s werewolf classic: Dog Soldiers (2002).
Notable film credits include Screen Two: Deadly Voyage (2011), Blue Juice (1995), in which Pertwee played opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones and Ewan McGregor, The 51st State (2001) with Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Carlyle and Paul Hyett’s brutal horror film: The Seasoning House (2012). In 2013 Pertwee played opposite Steve Coogan in Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa. In 2015 he worked with Hyett again with a cameo role as the train driver in the creature feature Howl.
Sean has appeared in TV shows such as Elementary, Luther, Cold Feet and currently portrays Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne’s unflappable butler, in hit TV show Gotham.
Pertwee is also a popular voiceover artist and can frequently be heard voicing documentaries, animated films, commercials, TV series and video games, including Fable, Killzone and Assassin’s Creed.
