Our Software

We have developed our own eCommerce ticketing platform in-house, designed and optimised for conventions, concerts and similar events large or small. Our system provides an online web store which facilities ticket sales as quickly and efficiently as possible. Payments are handled via integrations to leading third party payment providers, such as Stripe, and tickets are sent to customers by Email.

Our eCommerce platform can be delivered either as a completely standalone online webshop or as a plugin for the widely popular WordPress platform which accounts for around half the websites on the Internet.

Our platform also includes a separate smartphone app which can be used by event staff, not only to scan tickets on the door, but also to resolve common customer service inquiries, such as lost tickets.

Once synchronised with the ticket database, our App is designed to function normally even when not connected to the Internet and will store records of tickets and ticket scans internally until it is able to synchronise with the server again, uploading records of its scans and downloading any updates from the server, such as details of newly purchased tickets and records of scans uploaded from any other handsets also paired with the platform.

Our platform has been in use for 6 years and is now the preferred platform for multiple annual events attended by thousands of people.
